WHO IS THE AUSTRALIAN ACCIDENT REPAIR NETWORK?
The Creation of AARN Corporate Objectives AARN Board of Directors
In 1996 a successful group of Repairers and one (1) Accountant had an idea - to create a network of like minded, innovative repairers sharing common goals. Born out of frustration from endless fighting with multi-national giants, a network, AARN was formed creating leverage for repairers in a notoriously 'impossible' industry. It was realised that together, greater opportunities could be created by working with industry stakeholders as a repair network to create win win situations for insurers, manufacturers, repairers and vehicle owners.
AARN Today Today, AARN are a respected industry body able to offer valuable opportunities to their nation-wide member base of like minded individuals in the panel repair industry that have successfully formed an association based on fostering trustworthy relationships, and quality systems and procedures. AARN has achieved partnership creations with highly respected vehicle manufacturers such as Lexus, to the benefit of gaining approved repairer status for its member base. AARN introduces I-CAR involved in the early days with Tom McGee (I-CAR, USA) and key Industry Stake Holders here in Australia. In May 2005 the first meeting was held with Stake Holders. AARN 2006 Australian Crash Repairer Industry Survey this initiative will assist industry with valuable feedback from the Repairer body and position AARN as an information provider to the industry. AARN strives to append it's reputation in the Industry as a body which demands the best locally, nationally and internationally in crash and smash repairs! Ensuring its members are strategically positioned to take advantage of the opportunities as the industry faces the challenges ahead.
